Following significant Landlord construction work on the original former indoor mall structure, which included substantial roof updates and the introduction of new shared spaces, construction is well underway on 40,500 square feet Fun City Adventure Park, a large-scale indoor amusement venue anchoring the redesigned former mall space. Featuring trampolines, inflatables, interactive games, and party zones, Fun City is poised to become a regional entertainment destination highlight.

  • The Milkshake Factory (1,550 SF), opening later this year in the former GameStop location, offering premium milkshakes, gourmet ice cream, and treats.

Wilder reports strong interest in remaining storefronts, with multiple national and regional brands currently in active negotiations.
