Andrew LaGrega
PRINCIPAL
Andrew LaGrega began his 30+ year career with Wilder’s predecessor company, Wilder-Manley Associates, and became a founding partner of The Wilder Companies in 1990. Today, as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and in addition to directing all leasing activities portfolio-wide, Mr. LaGrega is responsible for overseeing the marketing-communications programs for both Wilder and its portfolio.
Mr. LaGrega attended NYU, is an active member of the ICSC, and volunteers with Big Sisters, Big Brothers.

David Mallen
PRINCIPAL
One of the original partners in the formation of The Wilder Companies in 1990, David Mallen started with the predecessor firm, Wilder-Manley Associates. Mr. Mallen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a CGMA designation. As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee Mr. Mallen oversees all financial, administrative and strategic initiatives for Wilder and its property portfolio.
Prior to joining Wilder, David worked as a CPA with a national public accounting firm where he provided auditing and accounting services to clients in the real estate industry. He is a member of the ICSC, The Urban Land Institute, AICPA, and MSCPA.

Thomas Wilder
PRINCIPAL
Tom Wilder started working with the firm’s predecessor organization, Wilder-Manley Associates, eventually becoming responsible for the management of over 10 million square feet of retail. Today, as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee Mr. Wilder oversees site acquisitions, all facets of development and redevelopment as well as property management for the Company’s operating properties.
Tom is a graduate of Northeastern University in Mechanical Engineering. He is an active member of the ICSC and The Urban Land Institute.

Kerry Dowling
MANAGING DIRECTOR, Leasing
With over 25 years experience leasing multiple property types throughout New England, Kerry Dowling is leading leasing strategies, merchandise mix recommendations, and executing lease deals on properties throughout the Wilder portfolio. She joined the company from WS Development where her responsibilities as Managing Director of Leasing included overseeing a large leasing team. Kerry is a graduate of Boston College where she also earned a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the Carroll School of Management.

Deb Di Meo
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, Leasing
Deb Di Meo joined Wilder from The Flatley Company where she served as a leasing agent working on all properties in the Flatley portfolio. She has over 25 years experience in the shopping center industry in both management and leasing gained from positions with Picerne Real Estate, Marathon and Equity Properties. Deb has extensive junior box leasing experience working with the TJ Maxx Companies, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed, Bath & Beyond and others.

Gary Robinson, CLS-CRX
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, Leasing
A part of The Wilder Companies' leasing team since 1996, Gary Robinson has national, regional, and local leasing responsibilities and has worked on all properties throughout the portfolio. Prior to joining the company, Robinson was a Retail Leasing Manager with Koll, a Director of Franchise Leasing for General Growth Properties, and a Leasing Representative for The Flatley Company. Gary received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts with a BBA in Marketing and his graduate degree with an MBA from Babson College.

Ryan Feinberg
VICE PRESIDENT, Leasing
Ryan joined Wilder in 2010 and is involved with leasing properties across the portfolio, assists in all facets of retail leasing, trade show coordination, and social media strategies. He is an integral member of the leasing team with an enthusiasm for retail and brings a great energy to the team. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

Brian Cosentino
VICE PRESIDENT, Acquisitions
Brian Cosentino is responsible for developing retail real estate opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio of open-air centers and mixed-use developments throughout the East Coast. His focus is on existing center acquisitions where Wilder can reinvigorate centers through redevelopment, remerchandising, and with the addition of ancillary uses. Prior to joining Wilder, Brian worked on the transactions team at UBS Realty Investors in Hartford, Connecticut. Prior to UBS, he worked in various acquisition capacities at CBRE Global Investors and Hart Realty Advisers. He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Clemson University.

Kelli Burke
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, Development Services
With experience in the public and private sectors, and the service and client sides, Kelli Burke brings a vast amount of experience to the Development Services at Wilder. Kelli is responsible for managing the development process from design, planning, and permitting to construction management and tenant coordination for both new and existing shopping centers throughout the portfolio. Before joining the company, Burke held positions at Sumner Schein Architects/Engineers, Samuels & Associates, and headed the Planning and Zoning Department in Old Saybrook, CT. Burke is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Paige Quigley
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, Asset Management
A part of Wilder’s asset management team since 2007, Paige oversees all the company’s property management operations and lease administration. She has managed all classes of retail properties including enclosed malls, mixed-use lifestyle centers, and grocery anchored neighborhood centers. She leads the transitions team for new third-party accounts and is instrumental in the acquisition due diligence process. Her responsibilities also include monitoring each property’s financial and operating performance. She acts as liaison to ownership groups and clients on management and reporting issues.
In addition to her shopping center experience, she brings extensive knowledge and insight to her position as a former business owner and Economic Development Director. She is a graduate of Gettysburg College.

Shelley Lord

Shelley Lord oversees business-to-business and shopping center marketing for the Wilder portfolio. Prior to joining the company in 2001 she was Senior Vice President of Marketing for the outlet shopping center developer Charter Oak Partners, where she created the Maxi Award-winning marketing department and oversaw strategies for 3.8 million square feet of retail space nationwide. Additionally, Lord held marketing positions with The Rouse Company, Federal Realty Investment Trust, and served as a consultant for The National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Main Street program. She is a graduate of Ithaca College..

Angelo Russo, CPA
SR. VICE PRESIDENT, Finance
Angelo Russo joined The Wilder Companies in 2015 from WS Development where he served as Director of Financial Analysis. He is responsible for planning, directing and administering the company’s financial operations as well as overseeing the company’s accounting, human resource and information systems departments. Prior to WS Development, Angelo was the Controller at Vazza Properties and he earned his CPA certificate while working at Arthur Andersen & Company. Angelo is a graduate of Bentley College and a member of the AICPA.

Maura Kelleher, CPA
DIRECTOR, Finance
Maura Kelleher joined Wilder in 2013 and oversees all accounting and financial reporting for Wilder’s corporate and investment entities including Arsenal Yards. Prior to joining the company, she worked in for Walter & Shuffain P.C. specializing in real estate clients. Maura is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she also earned a Master of Science Degree in Accounting.
