Wilder and TA Realty Partnership Extends to 11th Center This Year – Grocery-anchored investment reaches $505 million

Boston (May 23, 2022)— Building on the recent transactions of the TA Realty/Wilder partnerships in 10 supermarket-anchored centers throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut the companies are once again teaming on the recent acquisition of Falmouth Landing in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Formerly an owner when the center was known as Falmouth Mall, Wilder is now Operating Partner of the rebranded Falmouth Landing. The Cape Cod center is a highly trafficked 273,000 SF destination center featuring Shaw’s, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Michael’s and the Cape’s only Walmart. The centers is situated with excellent visibility on heavily traveled Route 28, amid Falmouth’s most dynamic commercial district. The center serves year-round and seasonal residents, as well as tourists to the Upper Cape communities and Martha’s Vineyard.
