Wilder Accelerates Retail Growth at Wayside with a New Anchor Tenant, a National Bridal Concept, and an Elevated New Asian Dining Experience

BURLINGTON, MA – October 9, 2025 – Wayside, Burlington’s premier open-air retail destination, today announced the upcoming arrival of several new tenants, further enriching the center’s celebrated collection of shopping, dining, and lifestyle experiences. 

With standout shopping anchored by L.L. Bean and other outstanding brands like West Elm, Talbots, Loft, and Eileen Fisher; a handpicked mix of dining options like The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Starbucks, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and The Treasury; as well as a range of convenient professional and personal services, Wayside has truly evolved into more than just a standard retail center,” said Deb DiMeo, Senior Vice President, Leasing at Wilder.

From seasonal family events and farmers markets to community-focused programs, Wayside has grown into a lively gathering spot where shopping meets shared experiences. New Tenant Announcements:

Golf Galaxy, a division of Dicks Sporting Goods and leading specialty retailer for golf enthusiasts, expands its presence in Massachusetts with a new 16,000 SF co-anchor location at Wayside. The new superstore location will offer an expansive range of equipment, apparel, and expert services. Golf Galaxy is expected to open mid October, 2025. 

Diamonds & Pearls By David’s Bridal opened its new elevated concept, the second location of its kind in the nation, at Wayside on October 1, 2025. This smaller retail experience format offers brides, mothers of the bride, and bridal parties a more intimate, personalized service with a strong focus on trending bridal styles, exclusive designs, private fitting areas, and champagne service for VIPs.   

Hinoki, a contemporary Japanese restaurant, will offer a refined dining experience featuring modern interpretations of traditional dishes. Guests will also enjoy outdoor patio seating. With a focus on fresh ingredients and artful presentation, Hinoki is set to become a favorite culinary destination. It is expected that Hinoki is slated to open for business in early 2026. 

 Wayside continues to evolve as one of Greater Boston’s well-rounded, open-air retail destinations, shaped by a thoughtful tenant mix and meaningful community programming.
