Wilder Continues Momentum with Strategic Hires and Promotions Across Leasing, Property Management and Accounting

BOSTON, Dec. 8, 2025 — Wilder, a leading East Coast retail real estate company, announced a series of strategic promotions and key hires designed to strengthen its leadership in retail real estate and accelerate growth across its portfolio. These moves reflect Wilder’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and delivering best-in-class services backed by decades of industry expertise.

Leasing
Jonathan Kaplan joins Wilder as Executive Vice President of Leasing, bringing decades of experience and strong industry relationships that will enhance Wilder’s leasing capabilities and expand its reach. Kaplan also brings high-profile assignments to Wilder’s portfolio, including Tanger Tilton in Tilton, N.H.; leasing assignments within several existing Jordan’s Furniture locations; and the continued remerchandising of Warwick Mall in Rhode Island in conjunction with Mark T. Brennan & Co. and Bliss Properties. 

Promotions include Ryan Feinberg to Senior Vice President of Leasing, Evan Mowry to Leasing Associate and Jessica Kelly to Manager of Leasing Services. 

Property Management
Jennifer Clark has been promoted to Senior Property Manager, assuming leadership across multiple New England properties. Geraldine Tyson has been promoted to Senior Property Analyst, recognized for her contributions to tenant account management. 

Joining the Wilder Management team as Senior Property Managers are Aric Chan and Kris Mejias, both bringing strategic oversight and extensive industry experience to their management of several properties within the portfolio. Lisa Pedersen joins as tenant accounts specialist, and A.J. Katz joins as assistant property manager. 

Accounting and Financial Services
Tammy Ministeri and Kara Carberry have been promoted to Accounting Supervisors, while Alan Chick has been promoted to Senior Property Accountant. 

Additionally, Wilder welcomes Andrea Lober Rockovich as Accounting Supervisor and Teresa Ruffin as Senior Property Accountant, further strengthening Wilder’s financial operations.
