Industry Veteran, Kerry Dowling, Joins Wilder’s Leasing Team

Boston, MA (July 9, 2018) –The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate leasing, management, and development firm is pleased to welcome Kerry Dowling in the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Leasing.

Ms. Dowling is well known for her work as Vice President of Leasing at WS Development where she spent 22 years successfully leasing multiple property types throughout New England as well as supervising a seven-member leasing team.

At Wilder Kerry will be in the forefront of leading leasing strategy, merchandise mix recommendations, and executing lease deals on properties throughout the Wilder portfolio. To ensure Wilder centers are positioned for future growth in today’s changing retail climate she will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement repositioning plans for select centers’ retail and non-retail uses.

Kerry is a graduate of Boston College where she also earned a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the Carroll School of Management. She is an active member of the ICSC.

Kerry is also well known for her performances in many Boston area theatres including Speakeasy Stage Company, Lyric Stage Company, Gloucester Stage Company, and Greater Boston Stage Company. Her distinguished work earned her the 2010 Speakeasy Stage Outstanding Artist award and the 2018 Best Supporting Actress award from the Independent Reviewers of New England.
