BOSTON (June 3, 2020)—As Wilder, the retail real estate development, management, and leasing firm continues to grow its portfolio down the east coast, the Company is pleased to announce that Ryan Feinberg was recently promoted to Vice President, Leasing.

Starting as an intern with the company in 2010, Ryan rapidly developed a complete understanding of not only leasing strategies but how to complete a deal in today’s challenging retail environment.

Today, Ryan’s leasing focus is on specialty centers and mixed-use developments throughout the northeastern portion of Wilder’s portfolio. Ryan is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and an active member of the ICSC. Ryan and his wife recently welcomed a daughter; a welcomed addition to their home on Boston’s North Shore.

Said Andy LaGrega, Wilder principal, “Ryan has an uncanny ability to connect with his associates, industry peers, and most importantly, Wilder’s clients, retail tenants, and area brokers.  These relationships, and his ability to network, positively impacts his ability to merchandise Wilder’s retail centers and mixed-use developments. It has brought him and Wilder much success. Mentoring Ryan and seeing him mature as an outstanding dealmaker has been one of the highlights of my career.”
