Watertown’s Newest Mixed-Used Development Continues Building Senior Team

Boston, Massachusetts, October 28, 2019 – Arsenal Yards is pleased to announce Jessica Reed as the Marketing Director for the new mixed-used development in Watertown from Boylston Properties and Wilder. With over one million sq. of retail, dining, entertainment, fitness, life science lab spaces and contemporary apartments, Reed will help coordinate onsite marketing for Greater Boston’s next great neighborhood. Reed’s responsibilities will include executing strategic, multi-phased retail marketing programs including advertising and public relations campaigns, community and tenant communications and supporting Arsenal Yards leasing leads.

Bringing over five years of commercial real estate experience in the Greater Boston market, Reed was previously the Assistant General Manager of Legacy Place in Dedham, overseeing the 781,000 sq. ft. open-air shopping and dining destination’s marketing and communication programs. She was responsible for collaborating with multiple teams to support annual marketing objectives including liaising between advertising, social media and public relation agencies to develop, execute and track multi-media campaigns, and overseeing branding, messaging, retailer communications and budget management.

“With her outstanding commercial real estate experience, Jessica is a perfect fit for Arsenal Yards as we are just weeks away from Phase 1 store openings,” said Allyson Reed, General Manager of Arsenal Yards. “Having worked closely with the local and tenant communities at Legacy Place, Jessica’s industry insight will be an incredible asset.  We look forward to her expertise in communicating the fresh energy and innovation we are cultivating at Arsenal Yards as one of Boston’s newest destinations for unique experiences.”

Reed received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
