With 30 years experience in the shopping center industry, Mr. Andrew LaGrega has had
leasing responsibilities for over 17 million square feet of retail properties
throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. He is currently responsible for
directing all leasing activities portfolio-wide. His extensive contacts with the
majority of national and local tenants within each properties' trade area keep
the Company’s shopping centers well merchandised with a contemporary tenant
mix. LaGrega also oversees the marketing-communication programs for both the
Company and the portfolio. He is an active member of the ICSC.

DAVID J. MALLEN, CPA, Principal

Mr. David Mallen started with the firm’s predecessor organization in 1984 and
today is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative activities
of The Wilder Companies and its properties. Prior to joining the Company he was
with a national public accounting firm providing auditing and accounting services
to clients in the real estate industry. Mallen is a Fellow in the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of the Massachusetts
Society of CPA’s and has served on that organization’s Professional
Ethics Committee. He is also a member of ICSC and The Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Thomas Wilder started working with the firm’s predecessor organization in 1985,
eventually becoming responsible for the management of over 10 million square feet
of retail. Today Wilder oversees site acquisitions, all facets of development
and redevelopment and the property management of The Wilder Companies’ operating
properties. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is an active member
of the ICSC and The Urban Land Institute.

With 30 years experience in the development of large scale commercial and municipal
projects, Mr. Thomas Carabine is responsible for all facets of shopping center development
for The Wilder Companies. Before joining Wilder, Carabine served as Senior
V. P. - Director of Development at New England Development. Prior to that, he
was a Partner at Sumner Schein Architects/Engineers in Cambridge, MA, an architectural
and engineering firm that recently became a part of Carter-Burgess, Inc. He was
a co-founder and ten year partner in the Houston, Texas firm of the Westfall Group,
a large scale building and site contractor. He is a registered Professional Engineer
in fourteen states.

With experience in both the public and private sectors, and the service and client sides, Ms. Kelli Burke brings a vast amount of experience to the development department at Wilder. As project manager she is responsible for managing the development process for new shopping centers throughout the portfolio. Before joining the Company Burke held positions at, among others, Sumner Schein Architects/Engineers, Samuels & Associates, and headed the Planning and Zoning Department in Old Saybrook, CT. Burke is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Ms. Christine Hanley is responsible for managing real estate development projects throughout
Massachusetts and Florida. Hanley brings over twelve years of shopping center
related experience gained at New England Development in both lease administration
and project management. Most recently she served as a Real Estate Development
Consultant/Project Manager working on various projects in Massachusetts and Washington,
DC. Hanley is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Boston College’s
Carroll School of Management.

PETER BERGNER

Mr. Peter Bergner is responsible for developing retail real estate opportunities for
The Wilder Companies. His focus, through both site acquisitions for new development
and existing center acquisitions for redevelopment, is to expand the Company portfolio.
Bergner is based out of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and has been a part of the
shopping center industry for nearly 20 years. Before joining The Wilder Companies,
he was a partner in a real estate development company with diverse projects throughout
the East Coast. Prior to that, Bergner served in several different management
capacities at Garden City, New York’s Breslin Realty Development Corp. He
is a former ICSC State Director of New York/New Jersey and an attorney in the
State of New York.

Ms Joann Keyes is responsible for all facets of lease administration for the company. She spent 26 years at The Flatley Company where she started as a Lease Administrator, eventually serving as the Vice President of Lease Administration.

regional and local leasing responsibilities, with a special concentration on restaurant
leasing. Prior to joining the company, Robinson held positions as Retail Leasing
Manager with Koll, Director of Franchise Leasing for General Growth Properties
and was a Leasing Representative for The Flatley Company.

Deborah Di Meo joins The Wilder Companies from The Flatley Company where she served as a leasing agent working on all properties in the Flatley portfolio. She has over 20 years experience in the shopping center industry in both management and leasing gained from positions with Picerne Real Estate, Marathon and Equity Properties. In her current role Di Meo has leasing responsibilities for all Wilder centers throughout New England.

Ms. Maria Salvatore has been in leasing with The Wilder Companies since 1992. She works with the local brokerage community, regional retail leasing representatives as well as key national retailers. She has leased to such prominent retailers as bebe, BCBG, Banana Republic, Gap, Gap Kids, Oilily, and Williams-Sonoma. Prior to joining the Company Salvatore was a Leasing Representative for the The Flately Company.

Ms. Susan Lucas oversees all property management operations for The Wilder Companies’
shopping center portfolio. Her responsibilities include monitoring each property’s
financial and operating performance as well as local market conditions. Additionally,
she supervises the property management staff and acts as the liaison to ownership
groups on management and reporting issues. Prior to joining the Company in 1991,
Lucas was as a Senior Property Manager with Boylston Properties in Boston
where she was responsible for the ongoing management of their portfolio of specialty
retail centers.

Ms. Ashley Curtin’s responsibilities include facilitating the daily operations

In a dual role at The Belknap Mall Ms. Page Quigley oversees the day-to-day management of the Lakes Region’s only enclosed shopping center. She comes to The Wilder Companies from The Flatley Company bringing with her a multitude of experience from general management to business owner.

Mr. Robert Willey oversees all accounting and financial reporting for The Wilder Companies’ managed properties. Prior to joining the company he was an Audit Manager with the public accounting firm of Raphael and Raphael in Boston, and was also an accountant and analyst at TJX Corp. Mr. Joel Wilder, co-founder of The Wilder Companies, was also founder of the firm’s
predecessor company, Wilder-Manley Associates, Inc. Wilder-Manley grew to one
of the nation’s top shopping center development and management firms. Mr.
Wilder’s background in shopping center real estate spans nearly 40 years
with expertise in developing, financing, rehabilitating and managing retail properties
from coast to coast. Mr. Wilder is an active participant in many area community
activities. He has served on The Board of Trustees of Bentley College, The Beth
Israel Hospital, The Pope John Seminary, Horizons for Youth and The Boston Real
Estate Board. Wilder has also been a guest lecturer at the MIT School of Real
Estate Studies.
