- The area is rapidly becoming a retail hub. Soon there will be
well over one million square feet of retail at the intersection of
John Young and Osceola Parkways. Joining The Loop will be
Loop West, a 400,00 sf extension of The Loop and on the
southeast corner of the intersection are Lowe’s Home
Improvement and BJ’s Wholesale Club.

Office and hotel complexes are planned for the remaining two
corners of John Young and OsceolaParkways.

The average daily traffic count on John Young Parkway is
40,731.

Projected growth through 2010 is 21.5%. This is in addition to
