The Wilder Companies Announce New Personnel and Staff Promotions
Boston (August 24, 2007)—The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate development, management, and leasing firm is pleased to announce the following new hires and internal staff promotions:
• JoAnn Keyes joined The Wilder Companies in the newly created position of Director of Lease Administration. She comes to Wilder after spending 26 years at The Flatley Company. There she started as a Lease Administrator, eventually serving as the Vice President of Lease Administration.
• Deb Di Meo joined The Wilder Companies from The Flatley Company where she served as a leasing agent. In her current role as Senior Leasing Agent Di Meo has leasing responsibilities for all Wilder centers throughout New England. She has over 20 years experience in the shopping center industry in both management and leasing gained from positions with Picerne Real Estate, Marathon and Equity Properties.
• Paige Quigley joined the Company in a dual role of General Manager/Marketing Director at The Belknap Mall in Belmont/Laconia, NH. She oversees the day-to-day management of the Lakes Region’s only enclosed shopping center. Additionally, Quigley handles regional leasing efforts for the center as well as for Wilder’s other New Hampshire shopping centers. She, too, comes from The Flatley Company bringing with her great experience from general management to business ownership.
• Emily Dubois has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager where she will have responsibilities for CityPlace, the restaurant, food court and retail component of The State Transportation Building located in the Theatre District in Boston and the Town Green at Wilton Center, Wilton Ct. Ms Dubois joined the Company earlier this year as a Property Management Administrative Assistant.

Mallen, one of the principals at The Wilder Companies said, “With the acquisition of The Flatley Company’s shopping center portfolio and our own new developments underway in Florida and Greater Boston, we are pleased to be able to both promote from within and add new, well qualified people to help support our growth. We are pleased to have them join our team.”
