The Wilder Companies Names New Vice President

Boston (July 20, 2009)—The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate leasing, management and development firm is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelli Burke to Vice President – Development Services.

In this capacity Ms. Burke will continue to oversee the development and construction processes of new shopping centers as well as providing oversight and support for permitting, design and construction activities on Wilder’s existing shopping center portfolio.

Burke joined The Wilder Companies in 2006 as a project manager, overseeing the development process of new shopping centers throughout New England and Florida. With experience in both the public and private sectors and the service and client sides, Burke brings a vast amount of experience to the development department at Wilder. Before joining the Company Burke held positions at, among others, Sumner Schein Architects/Engineers, Samuels & Associates, and headed the Planning and Zoning Department in Old Saybrook, CT. Burke is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering
