400,000 Square Foot Shopping and Dining Complex Rolls Out Openings To Join The Loop

BOSTON, MA (March 26, 2008) — The Wilder Companies, developer of The Loop brand of shopping centers is pleased to announce a growing retail line-up at Loop West, a new 400,000 square foot shopping center in the southern Orlando trade area. Over the spring and summer, more than 20 new shops, restaurants and services centers will join co-anchors JCPenney and, recently opened, Belk, as well as Circuit City and Party City.

Loop West is located adjacent to The Loop - Orlando, a 440,000-square-foot shopping center at the corner of John Young and Osceola Parkways in Kissimmee/Orlando. Combined, Wilder brings an 840,000 square foot retail mix in a family-oriented, casual, and pedestrian friendly environment to the marketplace. Both open-air centers offer a relaxed shopping experience reflected in their wide sidewalks, street lamps, benches, and distinctive streetscape.

The Loop brand continues to grow. The Loop - Northborough, MA, is currently under construction for a 2009 opening. The Loop - Punta Gorda, FL, is scheduled to break ground later this year. The Loop - Methuen, MA opened in 2000.
